Using PuP in a residential setting
We are currently using the PuP model as the parenting component in a residential treatment facility for people with substance use problems. The facility, Logan House, provides individual treatment to residents who have young children either currently in their care or who anticipate having ongoing contact on leaving the treatment facility. The feasibility and acceptability of incorporating PuP into an existing residential treatment program is being evaluated. Amanda Curran is the Psychologist co ordinating and delivering this program.
